My daughter doesn’t attend PLC, can she attend?

Yes. The PLC Holiday Club is open to all female students from Kindergarten to Year 6.

Are there discounts offered for siblings or friends?

No, not at this stage. This is something we will potentially look at in the future.

What happens if extreme weather is forecast?

At PLC Perth, we are fortunate to enjoy a number of undercover facilities. Utilising the PLC Lighthouse, the Hugh Baird Sports Centre, the Junior School Sport and Recreation Centre and other buildings, all groups enrolled in the PLC Holiday Club will be relocated to undercover areas to continue the fun-filled day.

What happens if my daughter becomes sick/injured during the day?

The nominated parent or guardian will be called to collect their daughter. All key staff are first aid trained.

In an emergency, staff will administer first aid as per their training and engage WA emergency services where needed. Parents/guardians will be called, consulted, and kept informed.

What do I need to do if my daughter has medical conditions?
Please ensure any conditions that affect your daughter physically or behaviourally are declared in your booking.
Medication MUST be handed over to the Care Co-ordinator/Holiday Programme Co-ordinator with a written management plan on arrival each day and not left in a student’s bag.

Please get in touch with the Holiday Club Co-ordinator for management of medical conditions on the day if required.

Can children be grouped with their siblings/friends?

Children are grouped according to their year group and school. If you would like your child paired with someone from a different school or up to 1 year age difference, please provide this preference when registering. All children sit together for recess and lunch.

      What is the refund policy?

PLC will provide a full refund to participants who cancel more than 7 days prior to the programme.

Please email [email protected] for your refund.

We do not offer credits for future programmes and we are unable to transfer tickets to other students.

What happens if the day(s) I want are booked out?

If the session you are interested in is booked out, please email [email protected] to join the waitlist. Please include the student’s name, age, medical/special needs information if any, and a parent/guardian’s mobile number and email.

What if my child is displaying cold or flu-like symptoms?

Please do not bring your child if they are displaying any cold or flu-like symptoms.

If these symptoms are detected throughout the day, the nominated parent/guardian will be called to collect her.

We’ve been attending the PLC Holiday Club since it started, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! My girls absolutely love the variety of sports and activities on offer—it keeps them engaged and excited every single day. They always come home buzzing with stories about the amazing staff and all the fun they’ve had. The programme has become a highlight of every holiday for my girls, and we plan to keep coming back until my girls turn 12. Thank you for providing such a fantastic experience!

The variety of activities, from sports and dance to science activities, ensures there’s something for every interest. The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. It’s reassuring to know she is not only having a great time but also building confidence and independence.

I’ve been volunteering at the PLC Holiday Club for almost two years, and it’s an incredible experience. My favourite part is the K2 Dance workshops. I love creating routines with the younger girls and seeing their excitement. The programme builds strong friendships, not just between the children but also with us as Year 11 buddies. We become role models and familiar faces, making them feel comfortable and confident. Whether it’s playing soccer, drawing, or chatting about their holidays, I love every moment. It’s so rewarding to be part of their journey and to share in the joy and fun of each day.
